Here are two ways to access your CalFresh (Food Stamps), Cash-Aid, CMSP or Medi-Cal case information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR) SYSTEM

 

Dial Toll Free (877) 410-8829

 

Obtain information regarding:

  • Benefit Amounts
  • Status of Your Program
  • Request (QR7 & MRS)
  • Worker Contact Information
  • Office Hours and Location

You will need your Case Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN to access the IVR system. If you don't have a PIN, the IVR system will provide you instructions on how to get your PIN when you call.

  • Get Up-To-Date Case/Benefit Information
