An Online Public Access Catalog is now available for the public to view legal resource materials and to be linked to other useful legal information and public resources. Information on the library, hours, resources and holdings, and useful legal and public information links are available online from your home – start your legal research on the web and optimize your research time.

The Nevada County Public Law Library serves the bench, bar and citizens of Nevada County. The library is a practice library, focusing on practical materials for attorneys and lay persons. Use of the library’s collection is free to all; our goal is to assist our customers in their effort to use the legal system effectively. Because we are collocated with the Public Law Center/Small Claims Advisor library patrons can tap the invaluable expertise and knowledge of trained legal professionals with their legal issues free of charge.
