CDA highly recommends scheduling an appointment or dropping off your applications and plans to help stop the spread of COVID in our community. Please check this website regularly to find updates to open hours as changes will be made according to the County’s current Public Health guidance.

The Department will continue to provide services through email, phone, online, and drop-off and pick-up boxes. Please allow a processing time of 24 to 48 hours from the date received.

It is the mission of the Cannabis Compliance Division to work in partnership with the community to permit and maintain a safe and environmentally responsible cannabis industry. Cannabis Policy & Compliance helps maintain and improve the quality of the community by administering a fair and unbiased enforcement program to correct violations of cannabis codes and ordinances enacted by the Board of Supervisors.

Cannabis Compliance Concerns and Questions
Submit a cannabis compliance form or you may also use our online service request form. Your request will then be reviewed and if any other information is needed you may be contacted by our staff.
