The Cannabis Department is open for walk-ins and limited appointments Monday through Friday 8 to 3:30pm. To book an appointment please email us directly firstname.lastname@example.org or call (530) 265-1222, Option 8.
The Department will continue to provide services through email, phone, and online.
Also, you may continue to use our drop/pick-up box in the CDA lobby for other related paperwork. Please allow a processing time of 24 to 48 hours from the date received.

Commercial Cannabis Application Appointments
Commercial Cannabis Permit applicants can make appointments with CDA staff for Administrative Development and Commercial Cannabis Permits. Appointments will occur Monday-Friday starting at 8:00am on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments are for COMPLETE submittals only. ADP Opens a New Window. and CCP Opens a New Window. packets are available online or at the CDA office located at 950 Maidu Ave. in Nevada City.
