Nevada County Supervisor Ed Scofield has been re-appointed to serve as Treasurer of the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) for 2020. This will be the second consecutive year that Supervisor Scofield serves in this leadership position for the Association that represents California’s 58 counties at the state and federal level.
As Treasurer, Supervisor Scofield works closely with CSAC Officers and leadership staff to prepare the Association’s budget, oversee the annual financial audit of the organization, as well as serve as an ex officio member of the Executive Committee.
"As Treasurer, Supervisor Scofield’s knowledge and experience are strong assets to our Association," said CSAC President and Orange County Supervisor Lisa Bartlett said. "He plays a vital role in ensuring CSAC’s finances remain healthy and we are in position to continually provide strong advocacy and valuable member services to California’s 58 counties."
The California State Association of Counties is the voice of California’s 58 counties at the state and federal level.
